All payments for custom garments/artwork and made to order collection pieces are up front and non-refundable.
We only offer specially designed pieces by Sophia. We do NOT replicate garments or any creative works under any circumstance.
SLS specializes in sportswear, streetwear, and resort wear. As of now, other custom requests (ex. eveningwear, business attire) will not be accepted.

READY TO SHIP COLLECTION PIECES:

Collection pieces are refundable within 14 days of your purchase. They must be unworn and undamaged with tags still attached. Any other condition is unacceptable and will not be eligible for a return.
Any bodysuits, underwear, or swimwear are automatically exempt from returns.
